What is the payment method accepted?
We at Roses & Lilys accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees).
Cash On Delivery – Currently we are not providing COD Due to Delivery Rejection issues From Customer End.
What are the Shipping Charges?
We have Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping – ₹45 on orders below ₹499.
How much time does it take for delivery?
It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 2-4 working days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your Email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 3 – 8 business days.
How to cancel the order?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But still, if you prefer cancellation, then charges would be 20% of your total order value. Also cancellation can be done within 12 hours once the order is placed.
After 12 Hours we will not be able to cancel your order.(As the order will be forwarded in Courier Shipping Process).
