Return & Refund Policy
*We do not accept product returns simply because the customer no longer wants the item after receiving it. Items that conform to their description do not qualify to be returned or refunded under this policy.
All orders not delivered 35 days from the order date are eligible for an automatic refund.
If customer is not available to accept the order or have provided wrong address or incorrect phone number,we’ll refund the amount Only once we received the product back.
Please Note – Forward & Reverse Shipping Charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If proven that the product got damaged in transit and we accept the evidence provided by the customer, we’ll initiate a return pick up and perform a quality check, whether the product was unused, tampered with, or if the product misses any tag. Once the product has passed the quality check, we’ll initiate a replacement.
If customer for any reason want to replace Due to Damage In Transit, then customer will have to ship the product back to us (Please note delivery charges will be borne by the customer for sending the product back to us).
Please note: The refunded amount will be exclusive of the shipping charges while placing the order.
